The Client

The Grand Family Dental, a community-centric private dental practice, serving patients of all ages ranging from toddlers to the elderly, opened its doors in 2020, during the pandemic. In late 2021, after delaying their grand opening efforts, they recognized the need for ongoing branding and marketing efforts.

The Goal

The dental practice needed ongoing virtual marketing agency services to increase its brand awareness, increase new patient appointments, retain existing patients, create branded assets for local community events, provide ongoing branding and marketing guidance, oversee paid Google Ads campaigns, and manage its other partner relationships.
